Hehe, me refiero a que el día de hoy, éstos pequeñines se han quedado sin la custodia de su madre. Britney Spears ha llegado a un acuerdo con su ex-esposo Kevin Federline, en el cual le cede la custodia a el no-tan-famoso-ni-exitoso rapero. A su vez, con dicho acuerdo, Britney obtiene más tiempo de visita a sus hijos, dándole la oportunidad de viitarlos de tres a cuatro días diurnas semanales, y los niños podrán quedarse con ella al menos dos noches a la semana.

Como la ex-princesa del pop (que aún sigo amando) todavía no es capás de cuidarse a si misma (dspués de los incidentes ocurridos durande el transcurso del año pasado y a principios de éste año, se encuentra bajo la tutela de su padre), todos han estado e acuerdo con que ella sería incapás de cuidar de sus niños. Por lo tanto, creo que ésta ha sido una desición bastante sábia, ya que la custodia otorgada a K-Fed no ha sido permanente. Britney aún tiene tiempo de recuperarse (aún más de su increíblemente rápida manera de retomar las riendas de su vida) y seguir peleando por la custodia total de sus niños, que por ley en los Estados Unidos, debe pertenecer a la madre, siempre y cuando, ella se encuentre en un estado estable y sano.

Por lo pronto, Britney, quien se encuentra disfrutando de la estancia de sus pequeños en su casa, se encuentra recuperando su figura (ya mero, ya mero!) y grabando lo que sería su sexto album de estudio. Se dice que con éste sexto album, Spears planea regresar a su puesto de princesa del pop en muy poco tiempo. De momento solo nos queda esperar su tan "anticipado" album que podría salir a finales de éste año, o a principios del 2009.

The Spearderline Custody Battle is over and the Circus Whore has agreed to give KFed full custody of their crumb crunchers, Sean Preston and Jayden James. Not sure why folks are shocked by this, the ho is crazy! Crazy people usually don't get to keep their kids.

In an exclusive interview with OK!, Kevin's attorney Mark Vincent Kaplan says both Britney and Kevin reached and signed off on a settlement in their custody case today.

Kaplan tells OK!, "At about 8 p.m. PT, a final settlement in the Kevin Federline-Britney Spears custody case was signed. All parties have agreed to the following: Kevin will retain sole legal and physical custody of Sean Preston and Jayden James. Britney will continue to have visitation rights which may increase over time. The agreement will be presented to the court in the morning for approval by the commissioner."

Kaplan adds, "Kevin is ecstatic and the boys are thriving."

Of course KFed is "ecstatic", he's gonna receive more money from the Circus Whore as a result of this. Congrats to him!

The Circus Whore currently has monitored visitation with her sons two days a week and one overnight.

First up, former Family Ties child star, Brian Bonsall, skipped out on a court date this week. He was placed on probation last year for assaulting his girlfriend and was supposed to be in court this week to address alleged violations of probation. What will he do, baby, without court? Sha-la-la-la...

Rapper 50 Cent was In Da Court this week asking a New York judge to grant him visitation with his son, Marquise. After passing a drug test, 50 convinced the judge to give him unrestricted visitation for a week in August. Is Popsquire the only one wondering if the judge asked him 21 Questions?!?

And, Britney Spears and Kevin Federline settled their custody battle today, with Britney getting more visitation rights and K-Fed retaining physical and legal custody. This means there will be no trial in August. And, sadly, this means that Popsquire won't be able to use this line..."At trial today, when the judge asked Britney Spears to state her name for the record and swear in, Britney replied, 'It's Britney, bitch!'"

K-Fed's longtime attorney, Mark Vincent Kaplan, exclusively tells E! News the divorced duo have reached a settlement in their long-gestating custody case.

According to the agreement signed by all parties, Federline gets sole legal and physical custody of sons Sean Preston and Jayden James and Spears will have visitation rights.

"The case has been settled," Kaplan said. "The court still has to approve it. " Both parties are due in court Friday morning.

The case had been set to go to trial next month but all had been hoping to settle up beforehand.

"As of this evening there is a fully executed deal memo...All the issues that would have been addressed at trial have been settled," Kaplan told E! News. "Can't speak to the exact terms of the deal, [but the] orders in place...will stay in place."

"He said, 'I need to have Britney to be involved in the coparenting of the kids, but I need there to be a structure.' "

But this is the structure he got, and "Kevin is absolutely delighted," Kaplan continued.

Spears has been enjoying monitored visits with her boys since late February after temporarily losing any on-hand-mommying privileges following a stretch of noticeably erratic behavior on her part and two brief hospital stays.

Federline's camp has credited the influence of Spears' father, Jamie, who was appointed a coconservator of his daughter's estate Feb. 1, for helping to get the 26-year-old popster back on track.

Good for the kids. Now let's hope her new album is a hit and that Kevin actually lives up to what's now going to be expected of him.

I just find it all so sad. A pop star who never had much of a childhood herself has kids waaaaayyyy too young and then is saddled with these two little lives. Is her ex (Kevin) really that capable or is it just the lesser of two evils? Can he raise two little boys? I'm sure there is lots of help around in the form of nannies, maybe even a grandmother of two, but still, is someone making sure that they go to a good preschool? That they're eating well? Going to bed at a reasonable hour? Reading to them? Doing activities other than spending days at Toys R Us?

Britney, we're pulling for you. Get yourself together and then focus on those two kids. They didn't ask to be brought into this world. You've got the means to give them a great life. Being a parent is really hard, maybe even harder than producing a multi-platinum album. It's humbling, but it's also the one thing you will leave behind that people will remember.

We has learned under the terms of the settlement, that will become a done deal shortly, K-Fed will get more child support, i.e., more jack in his bank. Currently, he pulls in $15,000 a month from Britney. Under the deal, he'll get just south of $20,000.

As for K-Fed's lawyer, Mark Vincent Kaplan, there's something in this settlement for him. Kaplan, who wanted a trial last month, will now settle and get an additional $200,000 from the bank of Britney.

And, we've learned the court has officially vacated the trial date, even though settlement papers have not been filed. So, no trial, and that's the real headline in this case.

P.S. Legal and physical custody were never at issue because of the conservatorship. The fact is, since last month, Brit has almost doubled her custodial time with the kids.

       Britney Spears continues to receive visitation; which at this point, according to media reports, includes one, over-night visitation and a couple of visits per week.  Britney has had a rough time physically and emotionally over the last year or two; since her divorce. 

         Britney had very public outbursts and was hospitalized twice, involuntarily.  She has been doing remarkably well since her father Jaime took over a conservatorship many months ago.  He was successful in removing some negative influences by having the court's approval in deciding who could be physically present around Britney.  She has had more stabilized public appearances and has even been productive professionally.  She has appeared on television in a couple of acting roles and she has been getting back to her music.  This, after a much publicized effort to get back into shape physically by working out. 

      All of those accomplishments have allowed the courts to reward her efforts, to get her life back on track, by increasing her time with her boys; after having stopped visitations previously.  It is crucial for Kevin Federline and those in the court system to continue to see Britney Spears'  improvements in areas of concern that affect her children and herself.  Working on the relationships in their family is wise and will be to the benefit of the children as well as the adults involved.

       If things continue to stablize in her life; the court could always increase her visitation time with her children.  This agreement by the parents shows their ability to put their children's needs ahead of their own desire for control.  Well done!      

According to the agreement, which still needs to be signed off on by the court, Federline retains sole custody of the couple's two sons, Preston, 2 1/2, and Jayden, 1 1/2. Spears – who's currently allowed two visits and one overnight per week – will keep her visitation rights.

"The case has been settled," Federline's attorney, Mark Vincent Kaplan tells PEOPLE. "This is the end of a two-year journey."

Both parties are due in court Friday.

The legal saga, which began with shared 50-50 custody in July 2007, culminated in the most dramatic of public downfalls: Spears – the pop powerhouse worth an estimated $100 million – was twice forcibly hospitalized early this year for mental health issues. (Her father Jamie stepped in to take legal control of her affairs.)

However, a judge can always modify custody settlements – and a source close to Spears tells PEOPLE the singer will likely get increased visitation as time goes on.

"Until the kids turn 18, we can expect in years to come that Britney and Kevin will be back in court," says L.A. family lawyer Lynn Soodik, who is not involved with the case. "Britney will have a better chance of winning more custody once she regains her health. This is just the end of Round One."

Legal custody refers to the ability to make major decisions -- e.g., medical, educational, religious -- about the course of the children's lives. Physical custody simply refers to the parent with whom the kids primarily live.

Although the parties are awaiting court approval, there shouldn't be a problem. All courts, especially family law courts, encourage parties to negotiate and settle. Avoiding an emotional, high profile trial is likely a good idea for Britney Spears, especially given her recent history.

Remember, however, that this arrangement does not have to stay in place forever. The parties can mutually agree to a new deal or go back to court to modify the arrangement at any time.

Although this is theoretically good news for Federline, Kaplan maintains it isn't exactly what his client had in mind.

"Kevins was not [out] to get custody. Kevin's goal was to set up some kind of template so the mother of his children can coparent," Kaplan said.

"He said, 'I need to have Britney to be involved in the coparenting of the kids, but I need there to be a structure.' "

But this is the structure he got, and "Kevin is absolutely delighted," Kaplan continued.

"Nobody could have anticipated the terms of events that have occurred...This was a two-year journey that will be halted at a point that is good for these children. Custody is always modifiable. If there is a final order, it means there is nothing to try."

A court commissioner is scheduled to review whether to make the conservatorship permanent at the end of this month. If the arrangement were to end, what then happens to Spears' current deal?

"While I can't tell you the terms, the order does anticipate what happens if the conservatorship is ended," Kaplan told E! News. "The devil is always in the details, and this is a very detailed deal memo.

"Nobody can predict what the future will bring, but to the extent possible, I think we have really anticipated how to proceed."

Just after one ugly custody/divorce battle comes to a close, the latest chapter in the Britney/Kevin clusterfuck-of-a-divorce comes out today.  People reports today that the two entertainers tabloid fixtures have reached a custody agreement after battling it out in the courts for nearly 18 months!  In the agreed settlement, Federline will have sole custody of Sean Preston and Jayden James, while Britney will get to visit them twice a week with one overnight.  Aww, so no more baby carseat adventures?  Actually, this probably works out well for Brit, who has been busy with some people telling her that she has to, like, record a new album.

It is being reported that Britney Spears has lost custody of her two kids but will maintain visitation rights.  Kevin Federline will have sole custody of the kids per his lawyer and says the documents were signed yesterday.
