By Charles Haviland
BBC News

Three members of a family - a woman and two infant children - have been killed in a bomb explosion in Nepal.

The blast happened in the south-east of the country, which has seen constant ethnic unrest for nearly two years.

This is a grim reminder that the people of Nepal's flat south-eastern farmlands are still the unhappy victims in a simmering violent conflict.

The violence comes two years after Nepal's civil war ended and after the Maoists' election victory in April.

Shops vandalised

Sila Sinjali, 24, was waiting for a bus with her three-year-old daughter and three-year-old nephew.

All were killed in the bomb blast.

Shortly afterwards two separate militant groups both said they were responsible.

Each say they are fighting for the rights of the Madhesi ethnic group, lowlanders traditionally marginalised by the Nepalese state which has been dominated by hill people.

In a sign of the lawlessness afflicting much of Nepal, local people reacted to the blast by blocking the main highway and vandalising shops.

Reports say police fired several rounds of tear gas.

The bomb went off in a district, Rautahat, which has seen some of the worst violence during two years of unrest on the part of some Madhesis - including the mass killing of 25 Maoist former rebels last year.

Many Madhesi factions have arisen. They include a party now in the Kathmandu government but also over a dozen militant factions, including some usually described as criminal.

The new government, which is led by the Maoists, recently invited the groups for talks which it hopes will start soon.

But this bomb blast, on the final day of a two-week national festival, shattered a ceasefire which most of the groups had declared throughout the feast.

When federal prosecutor William C. Ibershof tried to put Weatherman William Ayers behind bars 35 years ago, it was his own boss - the Republican attorney general - who brought down the trial and let the accused domestic terrorist go free.

Ayers, now an education professor in Chicago, has become a fixture in John McCain's attempt to raise doubts about Barack Obama.

Recently, Mr. Ibershof wrote a letter to the New York Times, saying, as the man who tried to prosecute Ayers, he was "amazed and outraged" that McCain-Palin, the GOP and others were trying to link Ayers with Obama.

However, his story goes beyond that letter.

In 1972, Mr. Ibershof says he was preparing to try Ayers, who was in hiding, and 14 other members of the Weather Underground organization for planning a campaign of domestic terror. Before the trial could begin, defense attorneys complained their offices had been broken into and searched. Then, Mr. Ibershof discovered the government had illegally bugged some of the defendants.

The illegal tactics were ordered by Atty. Gen. John N. Mitchell and FBI assistant director W. Mark Felt, who was later unmasked as the Watergate scandal's "Deep Throat," Ibershof said. They were part of a plan, exposed during the Watergate hearings, to use "espionage techniques" to gather intelligence on domestic foes.

"Does John McCain "pal around with terrorists?"

"Certainly McCain's continuing "association" and relationship with the convicted Watergate burglar and domestic terrorist G. Gordon Liddy might suggest that is the case, if we are to apply the standards drawn by the McCain campaign.

In 1998, Liddy gave a fundraiser in his Scottsdale, Arizona home for McCain's senatorial re-election campaign -- the two posed for photographs together; and as recently as May, 2007, as a presidential candidate, McCain was a guest on Liddy's syndicated radio show. Inexplicably, McCain heaped praise on his host's values. During the segment, McCain said he was "proud" of Liddy, and praised Liddy's "adherence to the principles and philosophies that keep our nation great." From the program:

LIDDY: Your experience in the Hanoi Hilton is remarkable. I mean, I put in five years in a prison [for masterminding the Watergate burglary, and associated crimes], but it was here in the United States, and they didn't torture - the only torture that I had was being forced to listen to rap music from time to time.
McCAIN: Well, you know, I'm proud of you. I'm proud of your family. I'm proud to know your son, Tom, who's a great and wonderful guy. And it's always a pleasure for me to come on your program, Gordon. And congratulations on your continued success and adherence to the principles and philosophies that keep our nation great.

Which of Liddy's "principles and philosophies" was McCain referring to? Liddy's advocacy of break-ins? Firebombings? Assassinations? Kidnappings? Taking target practice with figures nicknamed Bill and Hillary?

During the same period that Bill Ayers was a member of the Weather Underground, Gordon Liddy was making plans to firebomb a Washington think tank, assassinate a prominent journalist, undertake the Watergate burglary, break into the office of Daniel Ellsberg's psychiatrist, and kidnap anti-war protesters at the 1972 Republican convention."

13 October 2008 Sarajevo _ Two men have been detained in relation to a bomb blast in a Bosnian shopping mall in which a security guard was killed and seven people were injured.

The explosion took place at the Fis shopping mall in the central Bosnian town of Vitez on Thursday.

Local police arrested three men over the weekend. Two of them were detained for a month. One of the two is a former de-miner, who was recorded by security cameras in the shopping mall, local media reported on Monday.

The man was found to be in possession of a plastic explosive device with a timer. This is the same type of device that exploded at the Fis shopping mall.

Local media reported that the incident occurred when the mall's staff noticed a suspicious package and took it to the entrance, where the security guard tried to open it. The package then exploded killing the guard.

The two detained persons deny any link to the blast, police officials said and added that the motive for the attack was still unknown. They have speculated that the attack might be related to extortion or racketeering. Police are continuing to investigate.

There can be no doubt anymore or ever again! Though, Great Leader Obama was intimately involved with and beholden to domestic terrorist William Ayers, the final arbiter of American opinion, The Washington Post, has determined that, in Lita Ford fashion, Great Leader only went to a party last Saturday night, didn't get laid and got in a fight (ironically, with someone who was pissed about William Ayers bombing activities) and it ain't no big thing:

"Bill Ayers has acknowledged that he was one of the leaders of a group known as the Weather Underground, which carried out a series of small-scale bombings at the Capitol and the Pentagon in 1970 and 1971 as a protest against the Vietnam War."

Did Obama "lie" about Ayers?

So, even if William Ayers was a heavy handed gent who ran amok in Kent, he was only lookin for the place called Lee Ho Fooks, to get a big dish of beef chow mein. And, not finding it, set off a firecracker or nine, and, based on our well paid Party in the tank WP reporter, Ayer's and Obama most definitely never knew each other or ever did anything ever remotely untoward. Most definitely not! So, to sum up our well paid for press coverage:

1) William Ayers actions were minimal and insignificant as very few people died as a result of the activities of the terrorist organization, The Weather Underground.

2) The actions were justified! The bombing activities of the Ayers and Dohrn led Weather underground, were nothing more than 'small-scale' and merely a protest against the Vietnam War. It is no worse than kids setting off M-0's on the 4th of July (of course, William Ayers disapproves of this manufactured Holiday) Yet, still, he has been found innocent by loyal Washington Post reporter Micheal Dobbs. And, know, loyal comrades of the impending socialist revolution led by the Great and Magnificent Leader Obama, this determination is final and totally. TOTALLY, Objective!

3) Though William Ayers was charged, he was never, ever, convicted of anything. William Ayers is a model US hating citizen! The Washington Post instructs us all so.

4) Yes, though William Ayers might be viewed by those on the extreme edge of the objective as a terrorist, over the last two decades, he has been better known in Chicago as an education expert, and it was only in that role that he became acquainted with Great Leader Obama in the non-specific years of the 90's. The two men served together on the board of an anti-poverty group but never actually spoke to each other. EVER! That is all. The Washington Post says it so!

With this issue settled, all Loyal comrades of the Great Leader Obama need to pre-position themselves in the designated areas of socialistic fraud and conflict! Rejoice!

Posted Originally Here

Today Republican vice presidential candidate Sarah Palin presented her second speech in as many days on the topic of opponent Barack Obama’s political involvement with past leader of radical group Weather Underground — a subject repeatedly punched by the McCain campaign. Palin’s words were responded with boos and shouting alike from the McCain supporting crowd, a harsh way of showing they wanted more.

But has this been the response from the general public, especially neutral undecideds?

The popular trend has been no, but past and present pollster stats have had a history of contradicting this claim. But in contrast, Barack Obama’s recent climb in the polls have been widely linked with the fact that his campaign has been running a lower percentage of attack ads.

But in truth it really comes down to the campaign making their attacks carefully and with strategy. Although incredibly dated, my case in point is knockout campaign ad “daisy” by then-presidential candidate Lyndon Johnson. The ad (click here) was truly a textbook attack that although was in fact a PR gamble, paid off handsomely for the Johnson campaign, and is even credited at times in part for his presidency win.

Why? Though a gamble alone because of its topic, the ad was in fact very well played. The Johnson campaign found a large stumble by opponent Barry Goldwater where he stated that nuclear bombing Vietnam was a possibility.

For those as young as me, to put this into prospect: the political importance of capitalizing on the uncertainty and fear of a nuclear war in 1964 was by all means not the equivalent but rather of the same concept as a candidate in this race falling on a political pot of gold. In other words, finding something (most useful would be a quote) coming out of the opposing campaign that involved the prospect of funding the people who are suspected to have started the financial crisis.

But once something like this has been discovered, the campaign must in fact use their information carefully.

What is my point? There are essentially three steps a campaign must take to orchestrate a successful ad — a juicy and controversial topic (in Daisy’s case a nuclear war), a somewhat truthful piece of information from the opponent (the more untruthful it is the more skilled the director must be), and finally a non-generic: “and this is why you should vote John ‘64″ quote.

And “daisy” not only hit straight on all of those topics, but also found time to put fourth an intense start (the young girl counting roses that turns in to a T-Minus countdown for an nuclear bomb) that has made people think and argue for decades.

And what does this have to do with the 2008 presidential race? In a strategic sense, almost everything.

In my opinion, Obama’s lead has come from two things — his policies and the topic of this post — McCain campaigning.

But not as you might suspect — I am not discrediting McCain for his negativing campaigning itself, but rather the fact that it has not successfully followed all the points to make a successful PR ploy. This is simply because he has thrown out way too many talking points as ads, and hasn’t followed what has worked in the past and will continue to — a central arguement.

Monday:
Left the house on time, a little early actually, and I got to the train station before Sam.

Monday:

Left the house on time, a little early actually, and I got to the train station before Sam. So we got into the 1st car and sat down. When the train started (we're at the first/last stop on the route) and we made our way to Lisa's stop (which is after Karolina's but we didn't see her get on) Lisa got on, and we were talking for a bit, and I was annoying Lisa, distracting her while she tried to read Siddarthur for English class. Anyway, when we finally got to our stop and got off, we went to the street vendor that's on the way to school. I got my breakfast - a bacon, egg and cheese on a roll - and as we were waiting, Karolina walked up to us, apparently on the same train as we were, just a different car. So we all walked to the school together, meeting another friend of ours on the way there, Raquel. So the 5 of us are making our way to school, and are about to cross the street...and we look across. "What the f**k [I'm censoring because I want to get the most readers possible so if people have blockers or safe search or something, yea]..." im not sure who said it..it doesn't really matter. All we saw was a HUUUUUUUUGE line of students! It wrapped around from the entrance all down the side of the block and AROUND the corner and down that side! We didn't know what the heck was going on and we didn't have time to stop and ask, we just hurried to the end of the line. So we were standing around for a while, wondering what's up..but not too concerned because then we'd be late to gym and Lisa would be late DDP, both some of our least favorite classes. Then we hear 'They're checking bags and taking electronics'.

Oh

Em

Gee

!!!

WE FREAKED! We totally lost it! Karolina had only gotten her phone back the other day because our DDP teacher took it away from her (even though class hadn't started yet and she was shutting it off) and the school "lost" her phone (a Blackberry btw) but then they "found" it when her mom came to the school. And to top it off..there were pictures of the inside of the school on her phone...But yea, so she JUST got her phone back, she couldn't have it taken again. She also had a Zune with her. I had my iPod (which might not show up on metal detectors since its part plastic) and it happened to be the ONE day that I decide too bring my f**king camera with me! Sam had his NEW phone and his iPod, Lisa had her phone and her iPod. Those things are like our LIFE. We were losing our minds! We were freaking out trying to think of places to put it! Maybe hide it somewhere or something, they couldn't take our stuff! We heard some seniors say to give it to the guy at the pizzeria-yea right! So we were totally freaking out. There were security guards everywhere and they were saying to put everything in your bag: keys, coins, belts, everything. So we stuffed all our stuff in there, even though we didn't want them to take our stuff. The craziness was really getting to us, especially Karolina. She got completely delirious lmao. She had just bought a pack of gum earlier and had given us pieces. But now she was freaking out thinking that she would get in trouble for having gum as well, and that the pack would show through her skinny jeans. So she was acting all freaked out and telling us all to take pieces of gum lmaoo.

Anyway, we got closer to the doorway, and we had to scan our ID cards to get in the building. Then we were crowded into the area in between the first floor and the outside doors. So as we entered the first floor, the whole center was PACKED. And we saw security guards everywhere and there were giant metal detectors and machines and it was insane! There was a bunch of like, police tape, that was breaking off different areas of the floor. We were all freaking out, the craziness of the situation overwhelming us. We fussed for a bit, trying to get into an order, people not wanting to go first or last. I was so freaked that I even thought of faking an asthma attack to get out of it! But it was too late and before we knew it, we were right in front of the detectors. Sam and Karolina began towards the left and another row and I went to follow but the guy made me stop. 'Oh no!' I didn't want to get split up. So the guy told me to give him my bag, I went to give it to him (reluctantly) but then I remembered..

OH CRAP!

I had frozen my water bottle the night before so it would melt but stay cold throughout the day. When you do that, you put aluminum foil around it so it doesn't wet the other things in my bag... But what does a large cylindrical metal covered object look like?!?!?! A FREAKING BOMB! I almost DIED as i handed him my bag. And since it's such a small bag, everything is packed together, it'll be harder to tell what is what, especially with something that looks like that! So I told the guy in panic, "I have a water bottle covered with aluminum foil!!!" lmao I must've sounded ridiculous. But he nodded. So he put the bookbag in the machine and I walked through the detector. I was fine. But then, as my bag went through, the guy shouted

PHONE!!!!!!

And I heard the same thing, a few areas away where my friends were!!!

PHONE!!!! PHONEEE!!! I was terrified at what would happen next. They made us all walk to another area and then we had to go towards the auditorium. As we were going, I saw students being scanned with the wand thing! So we went in to the auditorium and it was PACKED! All of these students are students who were going to have things confiscated. We saw people going in and being directed to different areas of seats. We saw some people going up the stairs in the Auditorium, so we followed them, thinking that perhaps we were going to the balcony of the auditorium. We were going up and up and up, and we were confused and lost, not a clue where we were going, and then...

WOOSH. We opened a door and the light flooded us. It was quiet, unlike the auditorium, and there were no security guards...It was bright, and empty, and I swear it felt like Heaven. In reality, it was the 3rd floor.

We looked at each other, confused and in awe...we had gotten out of there! We were supposed to have our stuff taken away, but we escaped! It was like a crazy twist in an adventure movie! We had gotten away! And ironically, our first class was on the third floor anyway. By that time, we had all had a heart attack from the previous events (especially me) and we could care less about rushing to class. We walked to the room, in a bit of a daze. 1st period was almost over anyway, so we got to miss half of double gym :). Plus, because of the lines outside, we weren't allowed to go out and across the street to the park to run track. THANK GOD, because it was freezing out.

That's what you call luck..and a little bit of accidental skill. Haha crazy

_____________________________________________________

Tuesday:

I woke up at freaking 6:23!! I was soo late! I'm supposed to wake up at 6! So I threw on some clothes and grabbed my stuff and bolted out the door. I missed my usual bus so I had to take a later one. So we got into the 1st car and sat down. Once the train started and got to Karolina's stop, I saw her walking towards the front, but she got into the second car. Sam and I followed and met up with her, though she was mad about that, lol, just because she was being Karolina. Then, Lisa got on at her stop, but in the first car so I had to go get her.

Anyway, so now the 4 of us are in the second car, and after a certain point, there train got emptier so we were all chilling and hanging out. I had to do my math homework so I opened my book but was distracted so I didn't start it. The train stopped at a station, it's doors remaining open. Normally, the would close right after and we would start moving, but today, this wasn't the case. The train stopped, not moving. The train conductor announced over the speaker that..There was a power outage on the main track. Brilliant, just brilliant, however, it bought me some time to do my math homework, so I thanked God for that. So anyway, apparently all the trains had to use the express track so there were a bunch of delays as we made our way to our stop. By the time we got to our stop, we were already quite late, so we decided to stop at the street vendor as Sam bought my signature breakfast. We were late already..so what the hell. Then we stopped at the deli where I bought a bag of chips and Karolina bought a bag of Reese's Pieces. So, by the time we got to school, we were 20 minutes late to first period. We agreed, after the matter, that we should've been later because it wouldn't have made a difference. We tried explaining it to our DDP teacher (1st and 2nd period class for that day) but he pretty much just shrugged it off.

And to top it all off, we got grades back for a quiz we took at I got a freaking 17. Yes, out of 100. But it was a 3 question quiz so each question was 33-34 points. I got 17 because I apparently answered half a question. I tried to ask him if he would give me more credit because I had all the right answers, in the right order...just not in the right answer spaces. I didn't remember the differentiation of each step in the desgin process so I ended up clumping step one with step two, and then putting the answer for step three in the step 2 spot...They were all the right answers, but he refused to give me credit. Ugh Whatever. I honestly can't stand DDP because of my teacher. He is completely monotone, boring, and unfair. I'm actually thinking that I might fail this class...seriously. He doesn't grade fairly, AND he says he'll drop the lowest grade of THE ENTIRE YEAR! WTF! When teacher's drop the lowest grade, they do it per marking period, that's how it counts! He's saying that in June, he'll drop the lowest grade. And he's got this bullshit thing where he says that he can understand if we end up just having a bad day and getting a low test score which is why he'll drop the lowest, but if you've got 5 or 6 bad days, then it's not bad days, you need to study or relearn or whatever, basically he thinks its just not possible. Ermm.. only 6 out of like 270 days of school...wow, yea, I'll never have more than 6/270 bad days...HA YEA RIGHT. He also says that the reason he won't give me credit on my quiz is because you "Can't go to second base before you go to first". BUT MY ANSWERS WERE IN THE RIGHT ORDER!!! That's not going for second to first. That's going from first to second to third.

If because of his bad grading, if my average dips down because of him, UGHHH I don't know...I just hate it. And it's not like I can't take a bad grade. I can. I know when I deserve it. But I also know when I don't. Grr.

-------------------------------------------

Wednesday:

I had a newspaper meeting after school. Sam came because he was going to quit. Lisa was going to wait for us, but then said that she would meet us at a certain street corner. The meeting was going to be quick, but half-way through, Sam just told them that he was quitting and he bolted out the door, laughing at me because he was leaving and saying that he wasn't going to wait for me. Anyway, I never found them. So when I got home, I got online and got into a fight with him, and he lied to me about what he did after he left. Anyway, it doesn't matter, just some stress. We got over it.

---------------------------------------

Thursday:

I didn't have any school today because of the Jewish holiday, Yom Kippur. I love the Jews! lol. Anyway, got into ANOTHER argument, this time on Facebook..ugh. I'm not going to bother explaining.

---------------------------------------

Friday:

I woke up at 6:40!!!!!!!! I PANICKED! For the first 4 minutes, I was just standing there, confused not a clue what to do. I was so screwed! I was rushing, and losing my mind, knowing I'm so late. But then my mom said that she would drive me to the train station, THANK GOD. Because I knew that the next bus that would come might be too late. So we rushed in the car, and we were almost there..but I saw the clock in the car say 7:00...my train had left..But I thanked my mom, got out of the car, got into the station..and realized that there were two trains there... MY TRAIN DIDN'T LEAVE YET! I slid my card in the machine and bolted through the turnstyle and ran into the train just in time. In moments, I heard "Stand clear of the closing door please" and I made my way into the first car where I found Sam. The clock in my car was 2 minutes fast!! It was actually 6:58, (exactly when the train leaves). I got on in time! hahaha.

Anyway, later on, afterschool, I was supposed to meet Lisa, Sam, and Karolina to go the mall..because they didn't want to go the school Pep Rally afterschool (which I wanted to go to). I waited for them for like ever to go to the mall..they went to the f**king pep rally.

What a lovely week, eh?

Today is the anniversary of the 1958 bombing of The Temple, in case you haven’t watched Drivin

Today is the anniversary of the 1958 bombing of The Temple, in case you haven't watched Driving Miss Daisy in awhile and forgot about it. WABE has a podcast about this up today if you would like to hear more about just how much the South hated un-Peaches and Creme Baptists not too long ago.

In more exciting news, at Rosh Hashanah services a couple of weeks ago and then again at Yom Kippur services yesterday I came to one of the most exciting conclusions of the year. Rabbi Reeves of The Temple and Jay Carlson of The Plug are identical twins. Or at least brothers. Their vocal inflection, jokes, visage... it is incredible! Let's compare:

I bet you can't tell which is which. I get them confused. I wish there was some way I could prove that they are somehow connected through blood lines. They have to be. What was the movie with the two twins separated at birth and then they found each other when they were at the same orphanage? Disney remade it in the mid-90's. I think Devon Sawa was in it. Oh, unfair world! My Christmas wish this year is going to be to prove my hunch.

It has now been a week since Congress passed and President Bush signed into law the Bush/Obama/McCain Bailout of 2008 (BOMB), but already there are cries for more!

It seems that $700 billion may have just been a down payment. Some want another $150 billion, while others say it may take four or five times that to get our economy moving again.

Where are Barack Obama and John McCain now? They bear responsibility for passage of the first BOMB but are sure quick to hide their feelings now.

They don’t want you to know their real plans for just a few weeks from now. They want you to forget their BOMB and trust them. They must think you are ignorant. Or, at least they hope you and at least 100 million other Americans are. A vote on election day for either McCain or Obama is a vote for more of the same - there isn’t a dime’s worth of difference between the two, and not just on issues of the economy.

But you know that.

One man was killed and three people injured when an explosive device went off in a shopping centre in the central Bosnian town of Vitez, a police spokesman said.

"One person, the mall's security guard, was killed, one person was seriously hurt while another two sustained light injuries," police spokesman Sefir Barucija said.

"We still don't know if the device was thrown or it was placed there before and then activated," Barucija said speaking at the scene, adding that police had received a bomb hoax related to the FIS Vitez shopping mall last week.

The FTV public television channel reported that the incident occurred when the mall's staff noticed a suspicious package and took it to the entrance where the security guard tried to open it. The package then exploded killing the guard.

The incident took place at around 1pm local time.

Terrorists are NOT poor people who are tired of being oppressed and are "freedom fighters"?

All this time I thought it was evil capitalism and American democracy that caused terrorists to be terrorists. London doctors are terrorists? For what purpose do they try to murder, destroy and terrorize? Let's ask them, shall we? Answer: "It's about time that we give up our lives and our families for the sake of Islam to please Allah."

AP's stellar journalist Shawn Pogatchnik saves best for last: quote from one of the terrorists:

"This is the project that I was working on for some time now. Everything else was a lie," Kafeel Ahmed's e-mail read. "It's about time that we give up our lives and our families for the sake of Islam to please Allah."

The Iraqi-raised Abdulla and Asha, a Jordanian, had worked in British hospitals since 2004.

Two poorly designed car bombs abandoned outside West End night spots on June 29, 2007, failed to detonate. They were discovered only accidentally — one when paramedics spotted it emitting smoke, the other after it had been towed away by traffic enforcement officials. Police said both contained drums of fuel, packs of nails, timers and detonators.

The following day, an attempted suicide car-bomb attack on Glasgow International Airport caused only (me: what do you mean "only") one death — that of attacker Kafeel Ahmed, who suffered lethal burns while trying to ignite a propane-based bomb on board his vehicle.

Indian-born Ahmed was the alleged driver of the sports-utility vehicle that rammed into security barriers outside the airport, while Abdulla was the alleged passenger. Police suspect that Abdulla and Ahmed also delivered the West End car bombs.

Asha was arrested hours after the Glasgow attack while driving with his wife on an English highway, and police subsequently identified him as a likely ringleader based on cell-phone and other electronic records.

Abdulla and Asha face identical charges of conspiring to commit murder and cause explosions from January 2006 to July 2007. Both deny the charges.

Asha's father and brother, who live in Amman, Jordan, have rejected police descriptions of him as a Muslim extremist, and insist he was a political and religious moderate hoping to pursue a career in Britain as a neurosurgeon.

But Mackay told jurors at Woolwich Crown Court in southeast London that prosecutors would characterize Abdulla and Asha as "terrorists motivated by their belief in a fundamental form of Islam." The prosecutors' opening statement is scheduled for Thursday.

The judge warned the jury to reach its verdict "based solely on the evidence it hears as it is given in this court, and not based on any prejudices, beliefs or personal opinions." He predicted that the jurors "will find it an interesting case to try."

The case is expected to run for eight to 10 weeks.

So far, only one person — Ahmed's younger brother Sabeel, also a doctor practicing in Britain — has been convicted in relation to the June 2007 threats. He served half of an 18-month sentence after pleading guilty to concealing information about the attacks and was deported to India in April.

During his trial, Sabeel Ahmed admitted that he received an e-mail from his brother but claimed he did not see it until the day after his brother had suffered horrific burns at the airport terminal. (me: WHAT? Shouldn't this sentence read "...until the day after his brother carried out his terrorist attack" NOT that he had suffered horrific burns? WTF)

"This is the project that I was working on for some time now. Everything else was a lie," Kafeel Ahmed's e-mail read. "It's about time that we give up our lives and our families for the sake of Islam to please Allah."
