We are stoked to announce that 13THFLOOR design has been chosen to work with marketing guru Brad Horn of The Brand Factor and the team at Bad Boy MMA to redesign their branding as well as over seeing their product graphics, licensees and International approvals. Eric Ruffing and Dave Parmley will be working hand in hand with Bad Boy and directlly with licensees to make sure they maintain the new standards of the brand. Bad Boy has long been a dominant brand in the sport of Mixed Martial Arts and was the first to sponsor MMA athletes worldwide. Another bonus - Bad Boy's headquarters are in San Diego so look for Dave and I to be hittin' up Swamis as often as possible.

We continue in Brazil, and Terencecontinues to piss me off. However, for once, karma manages to make an appearance and have some fun - ensuring the dickwad misreads the clue when they rush off in 1st place, runs off in the wrong direction, and loses about 5 places. it's freaking brilliant. And so worth it to see him flip out.

In other news, the couple sitting at the back never make it out, and Anthony and Stephanie are eliminated.

We have an interesting detour, choosing shipping crates or boats. I think I may have gone with the shipping crates, like my loveable geeks, mainly because I reckon it'd be easy if you can memorise a number. And it helped them - they moved up in the pack.

The Divorcees kind of think through their roots this episode, nd I have this feeling misreading clues is going to become the main theme of this season. They finish the boat detour in 2nd...but decide they need to find the crate thing, and actually start digging in the sand to find it. Even though no one else is doing it.

Then, even though they read the clue about asking their taxi driver to wait at the roadblock, and they film them saying it in unison....they forget! Ah....i think i've found the comedy duo....

it is Ken the footballer and she of the scary eyebrows who takes the leg win, suprisingly enough, narrowly beating out the geeks, who I am simply in love with. Comic geeks who've actually done well?

Something has to go wrong soon enough....

House MD: Season 5, Episode 4

Well done chap.... Oh, yeah, that would be directed to the writer/creator of this most recent episode. Easily the best episode of the season, it had new reveals about House's youth, death, China and Wilson's back! Did you hear me? Wilson's back!

Wilson jumped on the first oppurtunity to get back into House's life and the veil of annoyance he pretends to wear is as thinner than a bulimic Paris Hilton. Of course that oppurtunity happened to be House's dad dying. As you might expect, House does not show any sadness over his father's death. Not surprising since in the one episode that we see the Marine Corps retiree in before last night, House's resentment was apparent. It was perfect how Wilson drugs House to get him to go to the funeral. All of you thought he had SARS, didn't you?

Another encounter with the law was humorous. Though the story was going to be really good without a mention of New Orleans, when I found that was where Wilson and House became friends, it just sealed the show's fate as my favorite television creation of all time. Of course House would have to bail Wilson out of jail for to get to know him. Meeting people means opening yourself up and House would never do that willingly, but if you can get a person indebted to you, then you can befriend them without having to lower yourself to being open.

Last night definitely highlighted the most emotion we have ever seen out of Wilson. Even after Amber's death he just swallowed his pain and carefully responded to all of his problems with a wink and a nod. His catharsis at the end of the episode, reenacting the scene from his first encounter with House is perfect. There is no breaking the friendship now. The writers have created an unbreakable bond. If they could get through the Amber tragedy and the Tritter fiasco, they could survive a POW camp in Hanoi. They will be Watson and Holmes for life.

I knew something was up when House kissed his father and clipping his ear for the DNA test was awesome. He gave his mother a little of what she wanted, a convincing eulogy, and got what he needed, the answer to the riddle. The irony was that even knowing that it was not his father, he mourned for a moment and realized the weight of the death at the end of the episode. That was good stuff. He finally has his only friend back to provide him with the one shoulder he trusts and is willing to "cry" on.

Other interesting notes from this jam-packed episode: Taub's marriage may be on the rocks. The old crew proved they know House much better than the new crew and finally got together to do a differential again. Cameron, Chase and Foreman still make for more interesting interplay than the current three jokers. And, the P.I. was absent, but surely not gone for the season. Can we hypothesize on his new purpose? Is this where he becomes the villain? I smell trouble brewing.

Next week: I can't wait! Seriously, I got a text message from a friend this morning at 6:30 am, who was still up from the night before watching the TiVo'd episode from last night, that said, "next week could be the best episode ever." I couldn't agree more. Lesbians and 13 and drugs! Who hasn't been waiting for this?!
